Elisabeth Krahn
Office Administrator
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, Elisabeth brings international experience and reliable support to the WNA team handling administrative tasks, organizing shipments and bridging communication with Waldner Germany.

Q: What are your specific duties at WNA?
I handle a variety of administrative tasks and support the WNA team in any way I can. I prepare estimates and invoices for our customers, process part orders and organize shipments. I also keep our books in order by tracking and categorizing expenses.
Q: Where did you work before your current position?
I managed two locations of a local café.
Q: What made you want to work at WNA?
I've always enjoyed working in a supportive, behind-the-scenes role, and this was a great opportunity to take on administrative responsibilities while being part of a dedicated team. I was also excited that WNA’s parent company, Waldner, is based in Germany — I grew up in Vienna, Austria, so I’m fluent in German. It's rewarding to use both my English and German language skills when handling parts orders and other tasks that involve communication between the two companies.
Q: What is the most exciting part of your job?
Working with a cohesive, hard-working team on a variety of projects. It's motivating to be part of a group that celebrates wins together.
Q: What piece of advice would you give to someone looking to work in this industry?
Strong organizational skills and clear communication are key. You also need to be able to multitask, because there are a lot of moving parts.
Q: Do you have any hobbies or guilty pleasures outside of work?
I love making pottery — it’s fun and therapeutic. I mostly create functional pieces for myself or friends, as gifts, but occasionally I take commissions or participate in artists markets. I also enjoy gardening, especially growing vegetables and flowers.
Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an artist or an interpreter and translator.
Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
My dog, my partner and some sort of guide to survive on a deserted island.
Q: What do you hope to achieve in the future with your career?
I hope to continue contributing to the growth and success of the WNA team by solving problems, streamlining processes and taking on tasks that help my colleagues focus on what they do best.
